• Scanning websites you own or have permission to test
• Accessing scan results and reports
• Using our accessibility testing tools

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify or copy our materials without permission
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our scanning technology
• Scan websites without proper authorization

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Service Usage Limits

Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier:

• Free tier: 5 scans per month
• Pro tier: Unlimited scans

We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Limitation of Liability

Beacon provides accessibility scanning as-is. We make no guarantees about:

• The completeness or accuracy of scan results
• Legal compliance based solely on our scans
• Service availability or uptime

Professional accessibility audits should be conducted for full compliance assurance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
